Bars ship once payment has cleared, usually within 1 to 2 business days, and we email tracking. Prefer to skip shipping? Pick up by appointment in New York or Texas.
We sell bars by weight and purity, not by brand. Brand-specific bars carry extra premium; our assorted-brand bars don't. We also check other dealers' prices throughout the day and keep ours competitive.
It's the luck of the draw. These are generic bars sold by weight and purity. You'll receive a genuine .999+ fine bar of the exact weight ordered. It may be a PAMP Suisse bar, a bar from another accredited refiner, or a generic unbranded bar, depending on what we have available when your order is filled.
Prices are calculated from the live spot price of gold and silver, refreshed every few minutes, plus a small premium per size. When you place an order, your price is locked for the payment window shown at checkout. Each product page shows exactly how much of the price is metal value and how much is our premium.
Pick one at checkout: pay in person with one of our representatives in New York or Texas, pay by Zelle or bank wire (we email instructions, and bars ship once funds are verified), or pay by credit or debit card. Listed prices reflect these non-card payment methods. Established repeat customers may ask about other settlement options. Whichever method you choose, payment is due within two (2) hours of submitting your order, and no order is confirmed until payment is received in full and verified. Card payments are subject to a card processing fee, shown as a separate line at checkout before you submit, and are completed on our secure Shopify checkout.
Where shown, it's the single-bar check/wire price of a comparable generic bar at a major U.S. online bullion dealer, read within the last 14 days and adjusted to today's spot price. We only show it when our price is lower.

We follow federal rules. Cash payments over $10,000 in one transaction or related transactions are reported to the IRS on Form 8300, and we may ask for identification and other information as required by anti-money-laundering rules. Our bars are generic and unbranded by design; that's about price, not privacy.
Texas does not tax bullion. New York exempts bullion purchases over $1,000 in a single transaction; smaller New York purchases may be subject to sales tax. Rules differ in other states: many exempt bullion, some only above a dollar amount, and a few tax it. If tax applies to your order, we'll tell you before you pay.

Sizes we can't fill are marked sold out, and limited sizes show how many are left. We don't take payment for bars we can't deliver.
Yes. Choose insured shipping at checkout and enter your address. The shipping fee depends on your order size (see the table above) and is shown before you place your order. Packages are fully insured, require a signature and arrive in plain packaging.
